- Am I a nutritionist? No, but I am certified in plant-based nutrition. You can find out more about that by reading my article “Five Reasons to Get a Plant-Based Certificate from eCornell” published on Medium.
- Do I have any recipe books? Not yet, but I have three coming out in 2024. Please check my partnerships page, as I am looking for collaborations with organizations that want to help save animal habitats.

- What is my favorite recipe? This is easy to answer! My favorite recipe that I am super proud of is my vegan scrambled eggs recipe. It took me years to get the ingredients and methods to make this recipe perfect. It is also one of the most versatile recipes on my blog-use it in soups, rice dishes, pastas, in a wrap, on a sandwich, on avocado toast-the possibilities are endless!
