Apple Pie Vegan Overnight Oats

Do your kids love apples? If so, make this apple pie overnight oats recipe for them. It's incredibly yummy, but also healthy. It can be eaten cold or warm. There are so many toppings you can add to make it even yummier. Let the kids help with that part.

Cook Time 6 hours hrs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce I used cinnamon applesauce
- 1 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a jar, stir and refridgerate overnight.
Top with granola or walnuts and enjoy.
