Best Vegan Blueberry Donuts

It's either difficult to find or super expensive to purchase a vegan donut, so why not make a healthier version of a donut from the comfort of your home. This recipe is super easy, yet tastes like it came from a bakery.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup pure cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup plant based milk
- 1/4 cup vegan butter melted
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a donut pan and set aside.
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Add all wet ingredients to a separate mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and use a spatula to mix until a batter is formed.
Fold in the blueberries and pour the batter into the donut pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
