Best Vegan Chocolate Goodies – Quick, Simple, and Dairy-Free

When you need chocolate, you need chocolate! Keep a batch of these gooey, chewy, chocolatey bites in your freezer and you will always have a bit of chocolate goodness in your life.

- 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
Combine all dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix.
In a small saucepan, over low heat, combine the coconut oil, chocolate chips, milk, agave and vanilla extract, until melted.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined.
Form into 12 balls and place on a nonstick cookie sheet.
Refrigerate overnight or until hard to the touch.
Place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
