Best Vegan Mashed Potatoes for Kids

For a vegan diet, potatoes are like gold. You cann eat them as a main course, a side dish, a snack, really whatver you want. These mashed potatoes are super creamy, buttery and salted to perfection. You can eat them anytime of day and you will be satisfied.

- 6 medium russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened, unflavored plant based milk
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot.
Peel and chop potatoes.
Cook the potatoes in the boiling water until softened and then drain in a colander.
Add the milk, butter, salt and garlic to the pot and whisk together.
Add the potatoes back into the pot and mash everything together.
Serve while hot or heat up for leftovers! Enjoy!
