Cold, creamy vegan overnight oats with chocolate chips and a cookie dough flavor. This easy make-ahead recipe uses simple ingredients for a smooth, sweet, and satisfying breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats or quick cook steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips dairy-free

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a jar or bowl, mix, cover and place in the fridge for at least six hours. Top with more chocolate chips and a dollip of vanilla almond milk! Enjoy!
