Copycat Trader Joe’s Vanilla Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk unsweetened, vanilla flavored
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon raaw almond butter
  • 1 dollop plant-based milk optional topping
  • 1 dash pumpkin pie spice optional topping
  • 1 tablespoon pepitas optional topping
  • fruit of choice optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar and whisk with a fork until the almond butter is mixed in completely.
  • Place a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight or for at least six hours.
  • Add optional toppings in the morning and enjoy!
