Creamy Vegan Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla flavored plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter divided
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients into a jar, except the second tablespoon of peanut butter and the optional strawberries.
  • Use a fork to mix the ingredients together.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least six hours.
  • In the morning, serve with a dollop more of vanilla plant-based milk, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and strawberries.
