Easiest Strawberry Jam Recipe (Sugar-Free)

This strawberry spread is sweet enough without any added sugar ans can actually be used to sweeten oatmeal or smoothies in place of sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce bag frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pure cane sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the frozen strawberries into a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Mash the berries until almost pureed.
  • Add the chia seeds and mix well.
  • Allow to cool before transferring to a glass container.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Use to make sandwiches, spread on toast or as a dip for crackers. Enjoy!
