Easiest Strawberry Jam Recipe (Sugar-Free)

This strawberry spread is sweet enough without any added sugar ans can actually be used to sweeten oatmeal or smoothies in place of sugar.

- 12 ounce bag frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pure cane sugar optional
Place the frozen strawberries into a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Mash the berries until almost pureed.
Add the chia seeds and mix well.
Allow to cool before transferring to a glass container.
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days. Use to make sandwiches, spread on toast or as a dip for crackers. Enjoy!
