Healthy Vegan Pizza Dough Recipe (No Yeast)

This is a super easy recipe for a healthy, vegan, yeast free dough that can be used as pizza dough or bread sticks.
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour or spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, applesauce, apple cider vinegar and water in a bowl. Mix until flour is completely combined. Form the dough into a ball, place into a bowl with a towel over it for ten minutes, then spread the dough into a greased baking pan.
Knead the dough for one minute and form the dough into a ball.
Place into a bowl with a towel over it for ten minutes.
Spread the dough into a greased baking pan, add any toppings that you are using, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
