Healthy Vegan Pizza Dough Recipe (No Yeast)

This is a super easy recipe for a healthy, vegan, yeast free dough that can be used as pizza dough or bread sticks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour or spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, applesauce, apple cider vinegar and water in a bowl. Mix until flour is completely combined. Form the dough into a ball, place into a bowl with a towel over it for ten minutes, then spread the dough into a greased baking pan.
  • Knead the dough for one minute and form the dough into a ball.
  • Place into a bowl with a towel over it for ten minutes.
  • Spread the dough into a greased baking pan, add any toppings that you are using, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly browned.
