It's a hot Summer day and the last thing you want to do is turn your oven on. So what can you make to fill those tummies? Try this smoothie! It is full of healthy ingredients, refreshing and healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet acai
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 date pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup kale or baby spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
