The Best Buttery Vegan Biscuits

Making some buttery, moist, plump biscuits is a must when you are having company over for a holiday feast. Here is my simple way of making them.

Cook Time 12 minutes mins
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 6 tablespoons vegan butter
- 1/2 teaspooon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored plant based milk and 2 additional tablespoons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Using hands, mix the butter into the dry ingredients, until the mixture crumbles in hands.
Add in the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Use a 1/2 cup to scoop 6 circles onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes until golden around the edges. Enjoy!
