The Best Buttery Vegan Biscuits

Making some buttery, moist, plump biscuits is a must when you are having company over for a holiday feast. Here is my simple way of making them.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1/2 teaspooon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened unflavored plant based milk and 2 additional tablespoons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl.
  • Using hands, mix the butter into the dry ingredients, until the mixture crumbles in hands.
  • Add in the wet ingredients. Mix well.
  • Use a 1/2 cup to scoop 6 circles onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until golden around the edges. Enjoy!
