Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium bananas overripe
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease. a loaf pan with coconut oil. Set aside.
  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Whisk all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients; use a spatula to mix.
  • Fold in the walnuts, if using.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
  • Top with extra walnuts, if using.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
