- 2 cups basmati rice uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli chopped
- 2 cups plant-based milk unsweetened, unflavored
- 4 tablespoons vegan butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups nutritional yeast
Chop broccoli.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Add the chopped broccoli to the rice after it is done cooking. Set aside.
Whisk all other ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Once combined and heated through, add to the rice and broccoli.
